While your motorcycle is being repaired, you'll be supported by your dedicated personal claims specialist. He or she will keep you updated along the way and ensure your motorcycle is delivered back to you as soon as it's ready. What if you'd rather choose your own workshop/garage?

Maybe you already have a trusted garage? Feel free to use your favourite garage! We give you total freedom to choose your own workshop.

Will my warranty be void if I choose to repair with a workshop authorised by DirectAsia?

If you have a warranty with your manufacturer or dealer, but choose to use a workshop authorised by DirectAsia for repairs, this will not affect your warranty. The Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS) forbids car dealers from imposing restrictions, in order to create a more competitive market for car servicing.

Are the accessories or spare parts of my bike also insured for repairs?

With the Comprehensive (COMP) motorcycle insurance plan, you will be covered for accessories and spare parts only if they are standard equipment fit by the maker or dealer. These accessories also need to have been there at the time of purchase and at the time of damage. You will be compensated with a replacement or with the cost of getting it replaced.
