Terms & Conditions

  1. This Promotion is valid for Car insurance policies that are renewed online from 17 April 2024 to 18 July 2024.
  2. The qualifying Car Insurance policy must be renewed online minimum 45 days prior to policy inception date.
  3. This Promotion is applicable only to selected existing DirectAsia Car Policyholders.
  4. There shall be only one reward per qualifying policy.
  5. Qualified customers are entitled to 2x $25 GrabFood vouchers (Total $50) per policy.
  6. Qualified customers will receive an email to redeem the GrabFood vouchers after twenty-one (21) business days from the policy inception date and no later than thirty (30) business days after the policy inception date.
  7. The GrabFood redemption links are unique and applicable for one-time use only.
  8. Once issued by DirectAsia, the GrabFood redemption links and vouchers are valid for 6 months. Any extension will not be allowed.
  9. We reserve the right to replace GrabFood with any other reward of similar value as determined by DirectAsia Insurance.
  10. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts or offers.
  11. The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or any other goods and services.
  12. DirectAsia Car insurance policies are currently available only to residents of Singapore. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for Car insurance policy at our absolute discretion.
  13. If the DirectAsia Car insurance policy is cancelled by the policyholder or DirectAsia Insurance at any time after policy inception for whatever reason, DirectAsia Insurance reserves the right to deduct the value of the promotion from the refund premium allowed under the policy, if any. If there is no refund premium, the policyholder is required to return the value of the promotion through other payment methods.
  14. Promotion dates, as well as these terms and conditions may be amended by DirectAsia at any time without notice to the customer.
  15. This Promotion is not applicable for:
    1. SOS Car Insurance
    2. Staff of DirectAsia and their immediate family.
  16. DirectAsia Car Insurance Policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact your insurer (or name of Scheme member) or visit the GIA/LIA or SDIC web-sites (www.gia.org.sg or www.lia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).
