1. This Promotion is ongoing until further notice or unless otherwise determined by DirectAsia.
2. This Promotion is applicable only to customers who purchase NEW comprehensive Car insurance policy or NEW Comprehensive/TPO/TPFT Motorcycle insurance policy underwritten by Direct Asia Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd for a minimum of 12 months (365 days) during the promotional period.
3. The vehicle to be insured under this Promotion must not be the same vehicle as that insured under any existing DirectAsia car or motorcycle insurance policy held by the policyholder. It must also not have been insured with DirectAsia in the last 30 calendar days.
4. The qualifying Car or Motorcycle Insurance policy inception must occur within sixty (60) days of purchase.
5. This Promotion is only applicable for on-site purchases at VICOM Centres and is not valid via online and other distribution channels.
6. The complimentary car or motorcycle inspection (“Reward”) will be given in the form of refund by VICOM Cashier after successful submission of the Refund Form to VICOM.
7. Complimentary car or motorcycle inspection refund form and inspection check proof of purchase must be submitted to VICOM on the same day of insurance purchase. DirectAsia is unable to extend the expiry date for the inspection redemption.
8. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or offers.
9. The Reward is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit.
10. Complimentary car or motorcycle inspection redemptions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
11. VICOM reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, reject any submissions that have expired, been defaced, or is incomplete, and the decision of the VICOM staff shall be final.
12. Your personal and policy details will be captured by VICOM at the point of redemption for the purposes of this promotion.
13. DirectAsia car or motorcycle insurance is currently available only to residents of Singapore. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for car insurance at our absolute discretion.
14. If the policy purchased is cancelled by the policyholder at any time after policy inception for whatever reason, DirectAsia reserves the right to deduct the value of the complimentary car inspection from the refund premium allowed under the policy, if any.
15. Promotion dates, as well as these terms and conditions may be amended by DirectAsia at any time without notice to the customer.
16. This Promotion is available at VICOM and JIC outlets except JIC Pioneer.
17. This Promotion is not applicable for:
    1. Low Mileage car insurance policies; and
    2. Off-Peak Cars; and
    3. Staff of DirectAsia and their immediate family
    4. Staff of VICOM/JIC and their immediate family
