What is not covered under DirectAsia’s 24 hour motorcycle breakdown assistance? 

Some exclusions include other claims, loss or damage under this benefit (including the cost of repairs or replacement of vehicle parts), as well as any lifting method and services to your vehicle before towing your vehicle. Claims will also not be paid should there be intentional damage or participation in a criminal act or offence. 

How much NCD can I accumulate with DirectAsia?

If you are a safe rider with no accident records, you can earn up to a maximum of NCD30 with DirectAsia by holding NCD20 for two or more consecutive years.
