Monkeypox: For all travellers, please note that Monkeypox had been declared by WHO, on 23 July 2022, a public health emergency of international concern. Monkeypox is considered a known event and there will be no coverage for any claims arising from Monkeypox under your travel insurance on or after 23 July 2022.

COVID-19: For all travellers, please note that COVID-19 is currently considered a known event and there will be no coverage for any claims arising from COVID-19 if you activate your travel insurance online now unless the Single Trip policy with COVID-19 Travel optional benefit has been taken up. 13/07/22 - Sri Lanka: In view of the MFA Travel Advisory issued on 11 July 2022, our travel policy does not cover for any claim:

  • If you travel to or transiting through Sri Lanka, on or after 11 July 2022
  • If you booked your trip to or transit through Sri Lanka on or after 11 July 2022 or if you purchased your policy covering a trip to or transiting through Sri Lanka on or after 11 Jul 2022 - whichever is later

24/02/22 - Ukraine: In view of the MFA Travel Advisory issued on 26 Jan 2022, our travel policy does not cover for any claim:

  • If you travel to or transiting through Ukraine, on or after 26 Jan 2022.
  • If you booked your trip to or transit through Ukraine on or after 26 Jan 2022; or if you purchased your policy covering a trip to or transiting through Ukraine on or after 26 Jan 2022; whichever is later.
